RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy
JAZZY COLLECTION strictly follows mentioned below terms and conditions for return and exchange:
We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their Product (s) purchase made from online, under the following terms and conditions.
Customers can exchange articles from JAZZY COLLECTION outlet one time only or from E-Store within 14 days from the date of order placement. Product (s) must be in its original condition, Unused with the price label. JAZZY COLLECTION will not accept product (s) where proper care instructions are not being followed.

We do not offer a cash refund, instead a coupon will be issued in exceptional cases of the same value to E-Store customers only. The coupon will be valid for 7 days & redeemable on E-Store.
Please do not accept order if the parcel is damaged or seal opened. In case JAZZY COLLECTION outlet is not available in your city then email us at info@jazzycoll.com along with the order id stating exchange case. If the product is damaged, please call immediately at +92 301 4172228 after receiving the parcel.

Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our JAZZY COLLECTION warehouse. If JAZZY COLLECTION quality team found that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original state then we will not be able to consider the return.

*Accessories and discounted Items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Section 2: Refund policy
We do refund in exceptional cases and currently we do not support refund policy for cash on delivery method.
Refund Process: When refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period, please check your bank account. It may take some time before refund is posted.

Section 3: Shipping
Shipment is free all over Pakistan on order above Rs.3000. On return and exchange your product, you should mail your product to: JAZZY COLLECTION 1st, Floor, Khan Building, Javed Colony, Ghazi Road, Lahore Cant. Pakistan.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Kindly note JAZZY COLLECTION e-store will bear all the shipment cost if JAZZY COLLECTION e-store provided damaged, incorrect or incomplete order otherwise customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.

Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
We keep track record of our customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee you the shipment delivery. If your order is not received within 7 days of dispatch kindly contact our customer services department (+92 301 4172228) or email us (info@jazzycoll.com).

Section 4: Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. We are unable to cater the cancellation request, once the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information via email. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. JAZZY COLLECTION may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include:
• The item is out of stock
• Pricing errors
• Miscellaneous
